We source ingredients locally and globally for the perfect blend of flavors, including Belgian chocolate, fruit purees from France, fresh local butter and cream, Pacific Northwest fruits, and nuts and liquors from around the world. Our Belcolade chocolate, imported from Belgium, is made with South America's finest cocoa beans. We use fruity and intense single origin chocolate beans from Colombia in our Chocolate Sumapaz and a more creamy and single origin Venezuelan chocolate in our Banana Criollo.
