All our recipes are made with ingredients of the highest quality including imported Belgian chocolate,
fruit purees from France, fresh local butter and cream, Pacific Northwest fruits and nuts and liquors from around the world.
Our Belcolade chocolate from Belgium is made with South America's finest cocoa beans. We use fruity and intense single origin chocolate beans from Peru in our "Peruvian Sensation" and "Chocolate Crème Brûlée". You will find a more creamy and delicate single origin Venezeluan chocolate in our "Banana Criollo". We are confident that both you and your customers will taste the difference. Enjoy! |
